Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal. I started building houses in 1978 on Hilton Head Island South Carolina. I worked for a very reputable contractor who taught me a lot about the building industry. I studied hard and became a licensed South Carolina Residential Builder. I will do the best job on your custom home, remodel or home repair; with the end result being 100% customer satisfaction. I only do 2-3 houses at a time, personally supervising each and every phase of the building process. I, James Duncan am the superintendent.
